About Us

Norman Thompson Insurances Limited t/a Thompson Insurances - Corporate and Personal Brokers was founded in 1982. Its objective was to provide an efficient, imaginative and cost effective insurance broking service to businesses, groups and individual personal clients facing the risks, issues and challenges of the world today.

The Company, through a policy of planned expansion which included the purchase of the businesses of Humphrey Insurance and Dudley Fisher, has grown both its client base and the range of expertise it can offer.

In addition, with the formation in 1999 of Norman Thompson Life and Pensions Limited t/a Thompson Insurances – Life and Pensions, the Company now offers its clients a dedicated Financial Services capability.
